Terms & Conditions — glybet Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and glybet ("glybet", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the glybet website located at https://glybet.net and all associated services, games, features, and content made available through the platform.

glybet is an online gaming platform designed and operated for Filipino players, providing access to a range of gaming products including live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, fishing games, wheel games, and related content. All services are offered in Philippine Peso (₱) and are intended for use by residents of the Philippines who meet the eligibility requirements set out herein.

To register and maintain an active account on glybet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of glybet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

To access the full range of glybet services, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

glybet operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, glybet reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any associated balances that cannot be attributed to legitimate real-money deposits.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your glybet login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account access with any other person, allow any other person to use your account, or use another person's account.
• You must notify glybet immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• glybet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• glybet reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

All financial transactions on glybet are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). glybet supports a range of Philippine-local payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability at the time of your transaction. The platform does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on glybet is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your account verification status.
• glybet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your glybet wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time.
• glybet reserves the right to reject or reverse a deposit where it cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered to you.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification. glybet reserves the right to request additional documentation for subsequent withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to two business hours for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• Any bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.
• glybet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.

glybet offers a range of gaming products including live casino games, slot machines, sports betting markets, bingo, fishing games, wheel games, and other specialty content. Each game or betting product is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules specifically state otherwise.

• All game outcomes on glybet are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or by real-world event results in the case of sports betting and live games. glybet does not manipulate outcomes.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game represents a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final. glybet reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or sports bet, glybet's system records shall be the authoritative source for determining the outcome and any applicable payout.
• glybet reserves the right to suspend or remove any game or market from the platform at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed at the point of wagering.

glybet may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be converted to real-money balance by meeting the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds on glybet is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. This means a ₱500 bonus requires ₱15,000 in total wagers before the converted balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited automatically.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on excluded games (as specified per promotion) will not count toward wagering requirements.
• glybet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited will remain subject to their original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

By using the glybet platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any prohibition listed here may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account, as well as potential referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one glybet account, or assisting another person in doing so for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with glybet.
• Using the glybet platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the glybet platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds on the platform to generate guaranteed profit. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation may be voided at glybet's discretion.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game offered on glybet.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or modify any part of the glybet platform, its software, or its content.
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your glybet account.

All content on the glybet platform, including but not limited to the glybet name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, code, trademarks, and audiovisual elements, is the property of glybet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

glybet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content without prior written consent from glybet.
• Using the glybet name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting any data or content from the glybet platform.

Any unauthorised use of glybet's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

glybet collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with your use of the platform. The manner in which we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering and using glybet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with third-party payment processors and identity verification providers where necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal requirements.

glybet implements industry-standard security measures to protect personal data and financial information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, glybet, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the glybet platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

glybet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service failures may affect platform availability. glybet will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits glybet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Where glybet's liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your real-money balance held in your glybet account at the time the claim arises, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.

glybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider.
• At glybet's discretion where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or regulatory compliance.

You may close your glybet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force following account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and glybet shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum.

glybet operates in alignment with the standards and guidelines set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are advised that PAGCOR oversees the regulation of gaming activities in the Philippines and that PAGCOR's rules and directives take precedence where applicable.

glybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, glybet will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the glybet platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
